Two decades ago , it was the beginning of urbanization to grow and been developed dramatically , which led to a significant increase in the number of companies involved in the construction industry , and this phenomena became a double-edged sword; first : raise the construction capacity and the rapid growth and significant real estate projects in addition to huge construction projects , the second : the fear of lack of quality of buildings and its resis- tance to factors of time resulting from compilation between the companies and reduce the cost price offered from some companies .
